He has co-founded or held board positions across numerous ventures. His work spans venture building, growth capital, restructuring, and direct investment alongside private families, institutional allocators, and government entities across the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond.

Shabeeb Refai has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. As Group Director of Afaq Holdings, he leads teams of engineers and business professionals delivering infrastructure products and services to clients across the Middle East, where he has built and managed key accounts, secured new business, and executed the group’s strategic expansion.

William Daly has over 25 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience spanning real estate, technology, and private investment. He has held senior roles across the Dubai Holding group, founded and scaled a real estate group of his own, and served as Group Chief Investment Officer for a sovereign private office.

Sudha Jamal spent two decades as a career banker before moving into investment banking, beginning at Bank of America, then HDFC Bank, and spending twelve years at Citibank. She has since worked with startups, growth-stage companies, corporates, family offices, and private equity firms on equity and debt funding, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions.

Suhail Ismail’s background spans digital marketing, e-commerce, and agritech across India and the UAE, where he led growth and brand across multiple verticals. He moved from there into venture building and group operations.
